AIRPORT MEET AND GREET

ARRIVAL MEET & GREET

• 1. We make contact one week before the travel date to give you details of where our local representative will meet you, including the name and contact number of the representative.
• 2. The representative will meet you with a name board with our company name and logo on it. He/she will assist through the formalities of security and immigration and will assist with luggage too.
• 3. Passengers are then escorted to the company vehicle waiting outside the airport entrance. Our representative will then hand over the passengers to a licensed guide who will be accompanying them to their location. The guide will deliver informative information about our company and Mozambique as a whole.

DEPARTURE MEET & GREET

• 1. Passengers, we will pick you up at your selected location to the airport and our representative will wait and assist until the scheduled departure time.
• 2. Priority check-in assistance (in agreement with selected airline policies);
• 3. Fast track through security, customs and passport controls;
• 4. One to one assistance
• 5. Our passengers have access to the VIP lounge while waiting for their departure flights.
• 6. MTS representatives have authorized access to VIP Lounge to assist with the immigration process for the client swiftly.
• 7. MTS is a member of the VIP lounge where all our clients wait for all immigration processes to be finalized while relaxed with some refreshments and snacks.
